When program support ends, PowerTech support engineers will continue to provide assistance, and answer questions that you may have about the product. However, if software problems are found, the customer will be advised to upgrade to one of the supported versions of the product to resolve the issue. Customers who are current on maintenance can upgrade at no charge. If you desire support for releases of PowerTech software no longer fully covered by your support agreement, our Professional Services team can be contracted for individual consulting projects by contacting us at support@powertech.com or 253-872-7788.
