Q: What are the conference dates?
A: February 10th-13th, 2008. iNSIGHT 2008 check-in begins Sunday, February 10th at 3 PM and is ongoing throughout the conference. The conference kicks off with a Welcome Reception, Sunday, February 10th at 6:00 p.m. PDT, and concludes at 1 PM on Wednesday, February 13th, 2008. See the full agenda here.

Q: How much is the conference?
A: The cost to attend is $900/attendee. The registration fees include an appetizer reception on Sunday evening as well as breakfast Monday and Tuesday, and lunch on Monday.

Q: Where is the conference going to take place?

A: Las Vegas, Nevada.

Q: In which hotel will the expo be hosted?
A: The full line-up of speakers and security sessions will all be at the Rio.

Q: Are there special room rates for attendees?
A: Yes, a certain number of rooms have been reserved at the conference site, The Rio All-Suite Casino Resort. Call 1-800-PLAY-RIO and mention this promo code SRTPTG8 to reserve your room at the special rate of $169/night.

Q: Is there shuttle transportation from the airport to the hotel?
A: Unfortunately, Clark County regulations prohibit individual hotels from operating private shuttles to and from the airport. There are several commercial shuttles, however, and taxis readily available at the McCarran International Airport.

Q: Can I bring a guest?
A: Each attendee is welcome to bring a guest to our evening reception on Monday night.

Q: What is PowerTech's cancellation policy for iNSIGHT 2008?
A: We would hate to see you have to miss the conference. However, sometimes things come up. We will refund 100% of your conference registration fee, if you cancel prior to December 31st, 2007. We will refund 50% of your registration fee if you cancel on or after January 1st, 2008. You can also transfer your registration to someone else in your organization, if you are unable to attend the conference.
